Welcome to Caerus Mineral Resources

Caerus Mineral Resources is a London Listed resource development company focused on generating value from the historic copper mining island of Cyprus.

We aim to create value through a dual strategy of exploring and developing new hard rock resources whilst exploiting the value of remnant stockpiles for copper and gold-bearing waste. We value strategic partnerships and seek to use their expertise to maximise the value of our expansive portfolio.

Our Portfolio

The Company has built a strong portfolio of [16] assets, focused on both historic operations and undeveloped greenfield licences. Our portfolio centres on four strategic hubs; Troulli, Kalavasos, Mala and N. Mathiatis. Our current focus is establishing a pipeline of projects that meet the JV entry criteria of our partners and, in conjunction with them, creating the fastest route to project development and cash flow.

Our Strategy

We have quickly built a portfolio of assets targeting copper, a key metal at the heart of the clean energy transition. The presence of a gold by-product provides the Company with additional flexibility, allowing Caerus to exploit lower-grade copper resources where copper recoveries can be supplemented by gold revenues. Our goal is to be cash generative from our first JV,  developing one or more of our strategic hubs within 18 to 24 months.  Cash will be reinvested to identify and develop further JV projects on the Island. Our dual strategy combines value extraction from new and identified hard rock copper-gold resources with the recovery of residual metals from surface waste materials.
