Caerus has developed an advanced resource portfolio with easily accessible residual metals in surface waste materials underpinned by both known and potential hard rock copper-gold resources that will be developed to reward shareholders and sustain the cost of future exploration and subsequent resource development. Our technical focus and understanding of the local geology allows us to identify opportunities to continue to grow, adding Shareholder value in the process.

OUR STRATEGY

Caerus has developed a dual strategy to maximise the value of its existing and prospective licences through strategic partnerships and leveraging the Company’s technical and regional experience. The dual strategy focuses on extracting value from existing and identified hard rock copper-gold resources alongside a “Waste to Revenue” focus, reprocessing remnant stockpiles of copper and gold-bearing waste found on brownfield sites.

Our JV partnerships allow Caerus to bring on board very specific Mining Industry expertise via an earn-in policy, reducing Caerus Shareholder exposure to construction, operating and capital risks typically faced by Junior exploration and mining companies.

WASTE TO REVENUE

Our “Waste to revenue” strategy is focused on identifying and exploiting the remnant stockpiles of copper and gold-bearing waste located at many of the historic mines within the Company’s brownfield portfolio.

Our strategic partnership with AIM-listed Jubilee Metals, an industry-leading metal recovery business, allows Caerus to leverage its capabilities and expertise to generate near-term cash flow and reduce CAPEX requirements to a nominal level through value accretive joint venture agreements.

TRADITIONAL EXPLORATION

Our exploration strategy focuses on discovering and developing copper and gold-bearing hard rock resources within Caerus’ portfolio. Cyprus is well known for its VMS-type geology, and through a combination of our expertise and the strategic agreement with Bezant Resources, Caerus has the opportunity to generate long-term value.

Over the last 40 years, there has been no meaningful systematic exploration undertaken on the Company’s licences and using modern techniques and leveraging the in-house expertise available, we have given ourselves the best possible chance of firstly making new copper-gold discoveries and secondly, extracting valuable remnant copper ore left by former miners on our brownfield licences.
